An introductory alternative to our full EJC program, the EJM process is a one-year mentoring program designed for leaders who desire to grow in their understanding and development of leadership from the inside out. This exclusive experience includes a 60-minute LIVE one on one mentoring call with Author Todd Gongwer each month. Through this unique mentoring experience with Todd, you’ll not only gain access to exclusive materials and small group discussions, but also to his personal insights on leadership, purpose and cultural dynamics that will not only challenge you to think more deeply about who you are as a leader, but about what you need to do to become the very best you can be.

Each month Todd will open the call with a quick review of the previous months progress, followed by a brief teaching on one of the twelve steps listed below. From there, you’ll spend the remainder of the time discussing your own personal thoughts and challenges on the subject, along with specific steps you can take to grow in the areas discussed.
