For over thirty years, Todd Gongwer has been building his expertise in leadership and team dynamics by serving in a variety of senior level roles in business and athletics. From entrepreneurial start-up, to public company to college athletics, Todd’s real-life practical experiences in these worlds have given him a perspective that allows him to connect with his audiences in powerfully impactful ways.

As a best-selling author, speaker and teacher on leadership and cultural development, Todd has spent the last decade working with some of the most successful coaches, teams, business leaders and educators in America. His principles have been embraced by countless leaders, including coaches and athletes from championship programs in the NCAA, NBA, MLB and NFL. Todd continues to work with many of the most successful coaches in sports and is a popular speaker at major universities, sports teams, national associations, and businesses throughout the country. He lives in Indiana with his wife and three children, Kaden, Kira, and Wadson, while also serving as the Executive Vice President for Leadership & Cultural Development at Patrick Industries.

Marissa Ulrich

Marissa has spent nearly a decade building her leadership expertise through a range of experiences in the business and sports worlds. Her time as a college athlete, a college coach, a high school coach, and as a leader working with businesses and teams throughout the country has given her a keen sense of the leadership challenges facing this generation. For nearly nine years, Marissa has served in multiple leadership roles at Kardia Transformation Group. In addition, Marissa has continued to hone her coaching and leadership development skills as the Director of Leadership & Cultural Development at Patrick Industries where she oversees the Impact Leadership Development Program for recent college graduates while also coaching multiple leaders and teams throughout the company’s 85+ brand portfolio.

 

Marissa earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Bethel in 2015 and returned to Bethel to complete her Master’s in Business Administration in 2021.

 

Marissa is married to her husband, Brian, and they reside in Bristol, IN.
