Powerful messages delivered from the heart, to the heart
TODD GONGWER
Pronounced GONG-wur
From the shop floor to the boardroom to the locker room, Todd Gongwer has lived leadership in multiple arenas, spending the first 20 years of his career as a partner in a family business, an entrepreneur, a championship-winning college basketball coach, and a senior executive at a public company.
This uncommon range of real-world experiences led him to write LEAD…for God’s Sake! and found Kardia Transformation Group in 2010. Following its successful release, Todd became a sought-after speaker and executive coach on leadership and culture, spending the last 15 years working with some of the most successful leaders in sports and business. His prominent clients include championship-winning coaches from the Boston Celtics, Ohio State, Clemson, Virginia, and Baylor, as well as multiple award-winning business and academic leaders across the country.
The impact of Todd’s work has been featured in ESPN The Magazine, Forbes.com, and Bleacher Report, and he serves as an annual guest lecturer at the Darden School of Business. He lives in Indiana with his wife and their three children, where he continues to oversee the company he founded while serving as Executive Vice President for Leadership & Cultural Development at Patrick Industries.
